In the case of executive search we handle the complete administration of job applicants. We work out a detailed job description as well as a personal job specification together with you. Afterwards we get in contact with prospective applicants and interview them by telephone. We invite good candidates to attend for a personal interview that may also be in several languages. Promising interviews are documented by drawing up a detailed report on the applicant together with a qualified assessment and a check of references. Subsequently we present the candidates at your company. If required, we assist you with the final selection.
